WHAT OM BRINGS

Connecting engineering, commercial structure and investment decisions.

Om works at the intersection of technical design, commercial strategy and practical project delivery.

His experience spans the full infrastructure lifecycle, from early strategy, feasibility and investment due diligence through concept development, procurement, commercial negotiation, delivery and operational optimisation.

Having worked both as an independent adviser and within major power-project development and independent power producer businesses, Om understands how infrastructure is evaluated, commercially structured, contracted, built and operated. This allows him to identify risks early, test whether proposed solutions are commercially sound and help clients make better decisions before committing significant capital and resources.

As Head of Hybrid Systems at PWR Hybrid, Om established and led the division’s strategic direction, commercial growth and technical delivery. He led the development of large-scale hybrid power solutions integrating thermal generation, solar, wind, battery energy storage and transmission infrastructure for Australian mining and industrial clients.

Today, through FD Advisory Group, he brings that experience to clients seeking independent, commercially grounded advice on complex energy, infrastructure and investment decisions.
