Today, clients work directly with Om Dolasia or Camila Fonseca Mazzo. The founder responsible for an engagement remains accountable for the scope, judgement, communication and quality of the work.
When an assignment requires additional capacity or specialist depth, FD adds it openly and deliberately. Employees, associates and delivery partners are selected for the actual work, with their role made clear and one accountable FD lead maintained throughout.

Om connects technical design, commercial structure, procurement and practical delivery. As former Head of Hybrid Systems at PWR Hybrid, his experience spans mining and industrial power, hybrid generation, project development, IPP and EPC models, commercial strategy and independent investment review.

Camila Fonseca Mazzo
Camila turns sustainability objectives and rating requirements into practical project action. Her experience includes sustainability leadership on major transport infrastructure and built-environment consulting across Green Star, Infrastructure Sustainability, ESD and building performance.
Focus: Infrastructure Sustainability; Green Star; ESD; building performance; decarbonisation; sustainability documentation and delivery.
