Sustainable assets that perform commercially and operationally.
FD helps owners, developers, design teams and contractors turn sustainability objectives into practical project requirements, procurement decisions and verified outcomes. Our advice connects environmental performance with design, delivery, energy use, asset value and long-term operation.
A rating target alone does not create a high-performing asset.
Sustainability commitments are often established early, then weakened by unclear responsibilities, design changes, procurement pressure or incomplete evidence. Strong outcomes require the target to be translated into decisions that the design, commercial and delivery teams can understand and manage.
FD works across the strategy-to-delivery gap, helping clients set credible objectives, define the pathway, manage risk and keep performance requirements visible throughout the project.

Consulting and project-side sustainability leadership.
Camila’s prior roles with Cundall and Laing O’Rourke span ESD consulting and project-side sustainability leadership across commercial, industrial and transport projects. Her experience combines Green Star and Infrastructure Sustainability knowledge with practical design coordination, construction-stage delivery, documentation and assurance.
She holds a Master of Environmental Engineering, Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional status and ISv2.1 Design & As-Built Accredited Professional credentials. Om adds energy-infrastructure, commercial evaluation and business-case capability where building performance intersects with power supply, electrification or investment decisions.

Advice for every side of the project table.
Founder-led from strategy through delivery
FD’s senior advisers remain directly involved in the work. When the project requires specialist modelling, assessment, commissioning or certification capability, we coordinate with appropriately qualified professionals rather than stretching the scope beyond the expertise required.
