Defensible infrastructure decisions. Better public value.
FD supports government agencies, local councils, authorities and public asset owners with independent energy, infrastructure, commercial and sustainability advice. We help clients make decisions that can withstand technical, financial, governance and community scrutiny.
Public infrastructure must withstand more than technical review.
Public-sector decisions must balance service outcomes, affordability, whole-of-life value, policy objectives, climate resilience, sustainability, stakeholder expectations and accountable use of public funds. Internal teams often need targeted specialist capacity to test options, structure procurement or move an initiative from concept to an approvable and deliverable position.
FD brings the power, commercial, sustainability and delivery perspectives together so decisions are practical, traceable and aligned with the intended public outcome.
